Terms & Conditions

  1. Pickup by dealership equipment within business hours and when available. limited to a 50-mile radius of MTI location.
  2. 24 business hours with appointment and 48 hours without appointment based on business hours & tech availability. Every attempt will be made to complete within these times. Priority turnaround only covers scheduled maintenance, additional work requested may result in longer turnaround times. 
  3. Transfer to new owner for $100 fee or apply balance remaining toward purchase of new plan. (balance determined by prorated months remaining or usage whichever is less)
  4. One out of state reimbursement during the term of the plan if you take the covered motorcycle out of state. Reimbursement for factory schedule maintenance covered only and for the amount charged or MTI price whichever is less. Must be performed by a authorized H-D dealer and copy of R.O. provided. Reimbursement in form of gift card only.
  5. Financing based OAC and amount financeable up to lender, not guaranteed.
  6. Value of motorcycle is not guaranteed.
  7. Special Offers and Promotions not guaranteed in any amount or frequency.

VIP not eligible on motorcycles over 15 years, or on motorcycles with over 40,000 miles. Some bikes may be deemed ineligible by dealer based on condition or modifications. This agreement is only valid at MTI locations in AK and is for Factory Scheduled Maintenance only and does not imply warranty for mechanical failure or additional work needed. This agreement is only valid for the terms stated. Agreement is void if motorcycle used for any commercial or rental use. This agreement is not cancelable. (Lienholder may request cancellation upon repossession of collateral based on usage or prorated use of time whichever is less). MTI reserves the right to refuse service and reserves the right to cancel the agreement or change the agreement at any time.
